Resurrected Future

Elevator Pitch: This film constructs a pseudo-archive that reimagines India’s overlooked role in electronic music, inspired by Charanjit Singh’s pioneering acid house sound. Using Western tourist footage as its raw material, it reprocesses these images into a glitching, futurist backdrop - subverting exoticised portrayals and envisioning an alternate techno history led by India.
