Elevator Pitch: In my prints ‘Six Grids’, I used the simple layout of a grid to attempt to show the destruction of order. I was not aesthetically concerned with the outcomes of what this ‘destruction’ would look like. Instead, I was more interested in the fact that the foundation of each image was something that is intended to be ordered and ‘rhythmic’, and whether that order could manifest its way through the fractures of that initial system. Challenging semiotics etc...
